The dimensions are 6″ x 8″ x 5.375″, and the base plate has a thickness of 0.375″ (3/8″).  The slotted holes are Ø0.530″.  The (4x) 1/2-13 x 3/4″ Button Head Screws and (4x) Ø1/2″ SAE Washers are included.  The assembly is shipped unassembled to save on shipping costs.
